Hi all

Rather belatedly but the details of the Geneva International Working
Newfoundlands meeting to be held over the Pentecost weekend - 2, 3 and 4 June - are now to hand.

The location for the land and water demonstrations is Crans-pres-Celigny, on the banks of Lake Geneva just north of Geneva itself and of course very near to the French border.

The programme is as follows:

Saturday 2 June

0930 Arrival and booking in
1200 Lunch
1400 Opening ceremony followed by land work demonstrations by all the participating groups.
2000 Dinner in the on-site marquee with karaoke.

Sunday 3 June

0900 Group water work demonstrations
1200 Lunch
1400 Water work continues
2000 Presentation dinner at Chavannes-de-bogis hotel (Best Western)

Monday 4 June

1000 Choreographed land work display involving all groups and photo session.
1100 Closing ceremony
1200 Lunch and dispersal

The cost of the weekend is 40 SFr per family which entitles them to one presentation souvenir. The Saturday meal is 20 SFr and the Sunday dinner is 42 SFr each.
